The Exit Readiness Diagnostic and any resulting scores, tiers, or recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:

  • A guarantee of any particular outcome
  • A substitute for professional consultation

You should consult with qualified professionals before making any business decisions based on our diagnostic results.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO STATUS QUO, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
